Good Sleep Tea


If you suffer from occasional bouts of insomnia, then try the Good Sleep Tea. Brewing Instructions

  • Prepare hot water (208 °F).
  • Add 1 tablespoon of tea leaves in a teapot or Easy Tea Maker.
  • Pour hot water (3 oz) and quickly rinse tea once.
  • Pour 7-8 oz of hot water and let it steep for 4-5 minutes.
  • Strain steeped tea (suggested serving size: 7-8 oz) and pour 1 teaspoon of "Extract" into the tea water.
  • Best to drink this tea 30 minutes before bedtime.
  • Tips: May be steeped repeatedly up to 2-3 times. You may drink the tea without adding the "Extract."

WARNING: This tea should be avoided by pregnant and nursing women and children. Do not drink this tea if you are allergic to flowers.
