Evergreen Tea is also known as "Wild Kudingcha" or "Bitter Tea" in China, and it is also known as "Healthy Tea". It grows in mountains with elevation of about 1,500 m (4,921 ft), and it is made from the finest and most tender leaves (only the youngest leaves are harvested and prepared).
Evergreen Tea is different from regular green tea (Camellia Sinensis) - it tastes like regular green tea but bitter. In Chinese medicine, bitter foods are highly regarded for their medicinal value and positive effects. Evergreen tea contains high levels of antioxidants, but no caffeine. It also contains other essential nutrients such as 18 Amino acids, Aminophenol, Polyphenols, Vitamin C,B1, B2, E, K, Flavonoids, Glycosides, etc.
