This tea is known as “Kunlun Snow Mountain Chrysanthemum” because its flower grows at snowline area of “Mt. Kunlun (Mt.Himalaya) (10,499 ft )” in Tibet where is a naturally pure and pollution-free environment. This tea is very rare because it only has a very short blooming season (only blooms once a year in August) and yields a small amount due to the challengers harvesting for the farmers in the high elevation location. Therefore people refer this tea as the absolute “Treasure Tea” among all kinds of teas and herbs. This tea has been passed down from generation to generation as a Uighur medicinal herbal tea. This tea has very delicate and appealing aroma. Its color is yellow or brown. Its taste is slightly sweet and very refreshing mint. This tea is free of caffeine and chemical.

Brew Instructions

• Prepare boiling water (210-212 °F).
• Add one tablespoon of tea in a teapot or Easy Tea Maker.
• Pour hot water and rinse the tea once.
• Pour hot water again and steep for over 7 minutes.
• Strain steeped tea and serve (suggested serving size: 8 oz).
• May be brewed 3-4 times until color fades away.
• Best to drink 3-4 times a day
• For improved taste, squeeze lemon and add honey (or your favorite sweetener)
