Royal Pu-erh Tea Extract Stick is a dark tea from Yunnan, southwestern province in China. Pu-erh tea has over thousands history of years in China. Unlike green tea, Pu-erh tea is ripe tea after a special fermentation process in which the tea leaves undergo microbial fermentation and oxidation, so Pu-erh tea is a probiotic tea which contains more health benefits.

Pu-erh tea contains micro-organism (called Asper Nigellus), antioxidants and other substances (polyphenols, polysaccharide, catechin, B-carotene, tannin, vitamins, minerals, amino acids, etc.). Pu-erh tea is prized in China for its medicinal properties.

Brewing Instructions

• Stir one stick of Royal Pu-erh Tea Extract in 8 oz (1 cup) of hot water (210 °F).
• Stir until the tea dissolves to desired strength - pour more water to dilute if it is too dark. Each stick produces 10 cups of tea.
• Add lemon or lime, if desired for taste.
