How to Make Super Health Tea:

Put one (1) teaspoon (25-30 pieces) of tea into a tea infuser, glass cup or bottle.
Pour cold 32oz of Alkaline water** over tea and infuse for over 20 minutes **We recommend Alkaline water such as Evian and Fiji brands (pH 7.2-8.4) for optimal tea extraction.**
When you want to infuse this tea in water for a long time, keep it in the refrigerator.
Drink this tea as cold temperature, but do not heat or keep in hot temperature.
Do not let the tea soak in water for over 5 hrs as it will lead to spoilage. Keep it in the refrigerator.
Drink liberally throughout the day as your daily water intake (32 oz).
The infused berries can be consumed after it has been completely infused.
